Joe Charlson, CEO and Founder of CallerReady
Joe founded CallerReady to help companies distribute phone calls and the associated data leads as effectively as possible. CallerReady’s real time multi-buyer call auction platform brings unparalleled sales success by connecting callers with sales agents as fast as possible. Joe is a former Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Education Management Corporation (EDMC), one of the largest providers of post-secondary education in North America based on student enrollment and revenue. Most recently he served as SVP of Strategic Operations for EDMC. Prior to EDMC, Joe co-led a $1.5 billion retail pharmacy business for Target where his claim to fame was taking ClearRx from concept to design finalization in 90-days and leading the team to win the Chairman’s Speed Is Life award for its guest-first reaction to the Vioxx recall. Prior to that Joe was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Joe started and closed United States Building Technology Inc. and way back when, Joe was a software developer and technical support specialist on DOS and early Windows software products.
Joe holds a Master of Science degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science from Brown University.
